“Health and Art”, which will take place in a hybrid format, in person and online, in the MAAT – Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology, in Lisbon. on November 10th. The conference will have simultaneous translation.

This international conference aims to share and reflect on practices that are found at the intersection between art and medicine. Can art be an ally of medical sciences? How can art improve patient health? How can museums and other cultural agents contribute to health and well-being? How can creativity contribute to innovation in health care?

The Conference is chaired by Joana Henriques (MAAT), João Pinharanda (MAAT), and Luís Campos (doctor and artist) and has a partnership of the European Federation of Internal Medicine and the Foro Internacional de Medicina Interna of Latin America.
